Hello, is it possible to export a list with all recipients I have ever sent an email? Because most of them are not saved as contact, so when I export, I get none of what I want.

Not possible with the app unless you can find a cookie blocker that can block apps - not familiar with this.

I'm sorry, am I the only one who can't do this? I've followed every step but my Word couldn't change to dark mode even if i turn on the dark mode preferences and the dark mode in Mac. T_T

Without seeing your screen I’m not sure why this is the case. The most common reason would be using the first setting within your Mac settings that causes your computer to go into dark mode when it gets dark but trying to do this during the day when it’s light. I’d suggest going back into the Mac’s dark mode settings and fully enable dark mode, then try it again in Word. Other than trying that, I’m not sure what’s causing your issue. Cheers

I regularly use categories to mark emails manually. For example, I named "meta" for meta email. Unfortunately, right now I cannot see "meta" categories in search results. Do you have any to resolve it? Thank you

Hey there. If they’re not appearing in the search results then you could try sorting your email reading list by category. Off the top of my head, if you open the sorting/filtering list then you should see category at the bottom. It’ll then sort your emails by categories and you should see those tagged with ‘Meta’ grouped within there. You could also then mark this category as a favourite so that it shows up on the left under ‘favourites’ within the folder pane. Hope this helps! Thanks

50 is the max items you can remove from recyle bin at one time. in case you get confused why "delete permanently" isn't an option when you select a bunch of files / items.

Do you or someone maybe know how mails get blocked when under safe senders? I can get mails from a specific mail when I write to them and they write to me, but when they send a security mail, which is from the SAME mail address that is marked safe, it gets blocked and never arrives. Makes NO sense to me

Option has been moved to the "Apps" section. Its a square icon with 4 smaller squares within it. The icon can be located on the top ribbon tool bar when composing a new mail.
