A “maybe I’ll keep it” sounds like the bags have served their purpose for you and maybe it’s time to let them serve a purpose for someone else. As we change, maybe our feelings towards our “stuff” changes. If you consign and/or donate everyone is a winner! Enjoyed the video !

people’s advice is based on their own personalities and tendencies. I think I am more like you in that I hold on to stuff. Probably too long. And thus my collection is out of control. It;s very hard for me to let go. With that said, if you have started to take the first steps towards getting rid, keep going. I have only let go a very few bags and have had zero regrets when I did , because it took so much mulling for me to let go in the first place.

It seems like you want to move along underused duplicates and styles that you really do not like. It’s probably better to move these along and use the funds somewhere else. Once I get the feeling that something doesn’t work for me, I usually sell it. I want to keep my collection usable and I don’t want to waste space on items that just sit in my closet. I don’t regret it….it just teaches me more about what I like to inform better decisions in the future.

I sell my bags too often. I’m going to try to hold onto my bags a little longer and hopefully buy less as an outcome.

I understand how you feel. Too much hype ruins the aura of the bag. I have not bought Coach since they left NYC. Bought my first Coach the 60s pre creed. Still have some of the thick leather, high quality bags I bought new. I thought of using the Empire 40 as an overnighter, not sure though. I have subscribed to you channel.

I so agree with you. Winter is miserable enough as it is we need some colour to cheer ourselves up. I love a bright red bag in winter. I have a gorgeous Mustard could possibly pass for tan (like the colour of leaves in autumn) Mulberry bag which I love for Autumn.

I don’t know if it’s an American thing or Southern American thing, but orange and yellow are Fall/Autumn colors. The Heritage Bayswater is orange is such a beautiful handbag. BTW: I haven’t watched your Coach Empire review yet because I want that carryall in merlot in 40 size. I don’t want to get my feelings hurt, Nick, lol.

I love color. I wear mostly purples, pinks and black. Some occasional blue and greens. Cool colors. However, I love seeing people in all different colors. I love seeing people layering neutrals. Bright reds and oranges. Your bags are lovely and you have a natural eye for proportions. Size of your bag with the cut of clothing, your height and such. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️💐💐💐

Love that you are choosing some nontraditional fall colors! I like the idea of using pieces year round and finding a way to change them up for the seasons.

One thing I noticed about you, your bag choices are quite colorful but they're mostly totes and therefore, on their own, mostly simple, clean, classic styles. But when you put together a whole look, the bags become these elevated pieces and round off your whole look, which is gorgeous and striking! All this to say, love love love your style!

I got the Coach Empire Soft Carryall 40 in the Dark Navy color and it's amazing. The bag looks black when indoors or in dark lighting, but when the sun hits it theres a beautiful indigo glow. I have got some water splotches on the outside already because I wanted to wear this naturally and patina it over time, but I'm looknng forward to how it will look in the future. After using it for a few weeks, I am planning on using the Empire as a work bag and I quite like bringing it on shopping trips and long days out since it holds so much and has a handy crossbody strap. I kinda feel the same way as you in the sense that its allllll over social media, but I have never seen another one in person so I don't really think about it being popular when im using it. I wish they would have released the size down in a soft version because I hate structured bags, especially when they have a center divider in them.
