This is a Michael Mann film..my opinion one of the top 3 filmmakers in the last 60 years..Heat, Collateral, Miami Vice, Last of the Mohegans

My mom actually is my main dm influence. Out of the blue, she brought up the sea of sin and the happiest girl 2 side lp and I had never heard of either song before. God I’m so thankful to have someone like my mom to introduce me to genuinely my favorite music right now.

You know a band is at Beatles-level when their B-sides are better than most bands A-sides. Sea of Sin and Happiest Girl = Common DM win.

This is like the back alley song of Violator. not well advertised but one great song. Should have been on Violator but hard to fit it given such a brilliant album. of course since I never liked 'Personal Jesus," this would be my replacement for it.
