I've been mining for a long time with both the Prospector and, more recently, the Mole. This vid is BY FAR the best beginner's guide I've seen yet. Props to you dude. You covered everything well without any bull crap and everything you said is spot on. Great job.

Thanks for sharing this. My experience with xenothreat has been hit or miss. some servers are into getting together to work the quests. Others, not so much. It's been a lot of fun in either case.

Mining is my current favorite gameloop, but it can be a real pain calibrating gadgets in the new EVA - you drift around so much. Hopefully that gets polished up soon!

I haven't done any space mining recently, just moon mining. The prospector sometimes drifts a little but can stop it b with a shortstop of the sticks usually.

The cargo phase of XT is a lot a fun, pity the performance is just so bad during the Idris fight.

I didn't notice much performance issues around the Idris so much as the initial lag when you first get to the area.
