Your three daughters never drank water which contains fluoride? Water and some foods contain it.

I ordered Zellies Xylitol gum and for a week had very strong heart palpitations every time I chewed it after a meal. I couldnt figure out what was causing that to happen until I noticed it only happened minutes after chewing the gum. I stopped the gum and the palpitations stopped. A month later I ordered a different brand and again had very strong heart palpitations with the new Xylitol gum so had to stop using it. I had never heard before of a link between xylitol and the heart until I experienced those strong heart palpitations, so looked it up and there are many numerous other who have the same thing happen to there heart. Trying to defend something that has a positive effect on the teeth, yet a very negative affect to the heart, tells me that you have not thoroughly done you research. This shows me not to trust you.

I don’t think they would put fluoride in our water to protect our teeth…. Like that just doesn’t sound right, when has our government ever cared about our health? They won’t even ban certain chemicals used in our horribly processed food.

If you're looking for a more affordable option for Xylitol, just use xylitol powder/crystals. A pound of NOW xylitol set me back all of $7 and should last 3 to 4 months. It dissolves in your mouth in seconds and tastes nice.

I do really love this detailed perspective, being clearly more well-rounded and holistic than the one you are referencing. Started watching this video to see if I could get your stance on the Closys that is recommended by her, but clearly this is about the incorrect product. Ingredients in the recommended one are: Water, Cloralstan (stabilised chlorine dioxide), Trisodium Phosphate, Citric Acid). Kind of odd to leave this up when others have also commented about this video reviewing one of the products that she also recommends avoiding? I do hope you two can have an interview discussion as I think a lot of us are quite curious. I can't get behind the essential oils in any of this junk, incuding any Xylitol products all of which have eo's in them. I just swish with water with dissolved xylitol granules in it. I am curious if your Fygg has eo's in it - I thought I was safe, but it really tastes like there are some in there. The label is NOT clear.

At 17:40 you said you’ve used the Varnish but you are not clarifying which type you used? The Fluoride Varnish OR SILVER DIAMINE FLUORIDE . SDF is just a tiny dab . Its needs because there’s less reactivity from someone squirming around
@Coco-5729 күн бұрын
You said Fluoride Varnish but the product called Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) is different . The silver offers the continuous activation to prevent further decay and stop pain so zero drilling or any touching of decay would be needed. A dentist isn’t even needed. A school teacher can dab it on a poor kid. The whatever it touches turns black so that could be dangerous if just anyone dabs it on and ruin the teeth. But it only soaks into decay and not healthy enamel. Does FYGG stop the pain the way Silver Diamine Fluoride does? The product makes the soft decay hard . So no drilling and no filling is required . You didn’t clarify that use. Does FYGG work that way for people who are highly sensitive or disabled ? The Silver Diamine Fluoride is dabbed on and does NOT require 30 minutes or sitting still afterwards . It’s got 75 years of clinical use in Japan . They are the healthiest population overall on the planet . I trust the Japanese . Can you do another video on the comparisons of application of SDF cs FyGG regarding application? Europe uses it? Europe has stricter rules for their population regarding toxic ingredients in their public health directives . Our country has the worse directives for keeping our population healthy . We are highjacked to remain constantly confused . We need more details and clarification on the specifics not mentioned . You said the SDF is safe but you didn’t talk further to say it’s a different product than fluoride varnish .

What are your thoughts of those saying there is a risk with "nano" particles long term effects systemically. I've done both nano and hydroxyapatite without nano. Not tried Fygg yet. How do you determine where it's been sourced and it's particle type?

Can anyone explain the “3 days” part of the equation? Is it because it’s dangerous to keep taking ibuprofen for more than 3 days, or is it because the pain and inflammation should stop after a 3-day ibuprofen regimen? My wisdom tooth extraction appointment is TWO MONTHS from now. The last two days have been excruciating.

I heard this is best to do in the morning BEFORE drinking any water because supposedly the liver detoxes during the night and all of the detox material ends up on your tongue so you don’t want to revingest that. Is there any truth to this or do you know about this ?
@AvatarMakusan11 күн бұрын
I hope you are telling everyone throw away any type of toothbrush that uses any form of plastic!!! There's a high probability that the use of this material is adding more micro and nanoplastic to our system. Best to look for a natural bristle, or the type of tree stick it's been used for thousands of years by other cultures. US idea of dental health is total BS. It's billion dollar industry. That's all it is. All you need is very simple. Using a natural bristle brush with a paste of salt and baking soda is all you need. Anything else is BS.

Hello everyone, I had 7 teeth removed total, 4 of them was my wisdom teeth, on January 3, 2025.. I felt no pain only pressure. Doctor gave me pain and antibiotics to take once the anesthesia from the needles wore off. They key to my painless recovery was that i didn't wait until the numbing medicine wore off, I begun taking it once I got home from getting the prescription filled. I took 800mg of ibuprofen and one 500mg of tylenol and the penicillin pill. started using ice packs on my face, which I had little swelling. it is now day 11 from the extractions and until I get back to the dentist. Daily I rinsed with the solution they prescribed and also did the salt water. I go back on the 17th to have the stitches removed, thus far no issues and no dry sockets. Pain free. Best advice is to follow the doctors orders. I hope this helps. oh btw, I was nervous and tense, try to relax and don't think about it what is going on, I know easier said than done. Once I relaxed, I was able to get thru the thought of what was happening with all that pressure and noise.

To get rid of the toothache fast, try brushing your teeth with baking soda mixed with water (turns into a paste consistency) & swish around some hydrogen peroxide (3% diluted 2 parts water 1 part peroxide). It cleared up the pain for me within hours & I was on the brink of ripping my tooth out.

**Inhibition of Enolase in Glycolysis:** - Fluoride is a potent inhibitor of **enolase**, an enzyme in the glycolysis pathway. - Enolase converts 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate, a critical step in producing pyruvate, which feeds into the mitochondria for oxidative phosphorylation. - By reducing pyruvate availability, fluoride indirectly impacts mitochondrial ATP production.
