Nice video, the problem with photographing snowdrops is that they often grow in very bad light conditions. I really like your results.

With the first image I am confused with the reflection in the light ball. The damson fly is holding on the opposite side of the bend in the blade of grass but in the light ball they are both going the same way. Is it the light that is causing this?
@awildvision20178 ай бұрын
The stem is actually curving away from the camera. The 2 dimensional perspective is fooling your eye into thinking it's curving towards the viewer.

Taking the inspiration from these images and using it to push your own photographic boundaries is what this competition is all about. Enjoying photography is the most important thing.

Could you please redo this video, but make it so you talk about ALL of the different sizings that customers might want for digital imaging? Cause for example on photostock you will see 3 options and some of those options cause fringing which many people like me want to avoid, but have the highest qualities for every size

Hi Rob, did send you several emails but got no response so far. So I will try it again in this way before the deadline. This is the case: Usually I don't experience that many problems with handling the upload on the website, but the portfolio upload function is giving me some trouble. The entries are already paid for so that will not be an issue. I found out that I cannot just pick an image that I posted before in the portfolio category without renewing the chosen photo and text. On top of that if I add the picture to the portfolio category it won't let me enter the imageit's get frozen and it says " You may need to add captions or upload more" Captions are already in there ....... or is it that I have to add all 10 images at once? How can I do this when all the categories aren't managed yet? Hope you can explain to me what is wrong with the website. Thank you in advance. Kind regards, Fred von Winckelmann.

@@awildvision2017 Hi Rob, negative. In the meantime I can't see my replies in this coversation anymore. Did send a new email to you 2 days ago in the contact section of the website with possible solutions to the issue. Posted it in here as well, but it seems deleted. I proposed other ways to reach me as well. Regards, Fred.

Firstly, there are some great images (especially loved the old tree). Photography is such an amazing pastime especially when coupled with a love of nature, but as with everything, life sometimes takes over. I am now 3 years into remission from stage 3 lung cancer and have found a new love for my hobby, especially woodland. I also have a 5 year old Springer who adores our trips out, whether that is the mountains, waterfalls or woodland. Thank you so much for showing this and for opening up. I will watch your channel with great interest. P.S. More woodlands please lol.

Superb watch Rob. I have to disagree - I reckon the shot of the day was the fallen tree - stunning. I am hoping to go down there in a week or two to try to capture some autumn colours and fungi. I would love to see you do an autumn woodland shoot as well.

Hello there. I’ve got a toad on my garden and I’m like 300 yards from the closes pond/river with 6ft fencing all around. What can I do for this little guy? Do I make him a toad house for my garden or do I rehome him? I first noticed him in October last year but I thought he would’ve moved/left by now?
@awildvision20172 жыл бұрын
Toads are mainly terrestrial animals who only seek out ponds in the breeding season (Jan-Apr). You probably have a resident Female who is obviously quite happy in your garden. I would just leave her to enjoy your garden. 🙂🐸
