great video. have you still got the welder? if so how has it held up the past couple years

How well does it run 3/32 7018 and 6010 on 115v 20amp breakers ….. mostly what I would need it for the most .

How low will this go down in amps? Thanks
@chrisr525 Жыл бұрын
Did you get the tig lead with it or have to pay separately? And where did you get it all from? Cheers.
@rich36332 жыл бұрын
High frequency refers to the start on tig which doesn't require contact between the the tungsten and the workpiece, IE. A button or a pedal to initiate the arc rather than lift/scratch start. HF has nothing to do with MMA welding. A decent looking machine for site work. Cheers 👍

How well does it run 6010s ? I’m considering this or the miller max star 161 stl like the pulse tig features of this . Also how is it on 115v and popping breakers and using extension cords just burning 3/32 7018 rods ….

Hello Sir, is the machine accept 220V AC from mains? And what current it shoots? Is still AC or DC only or both? And can we change polarity on this machine? Thank you 🙏
@roseironworks13932 жыл бұрын
Hello yes the machine is 220 /110v auto switching. On 110v you can weld unto a maximum of 140 amps.. Input current on 22v single phase is 16amps at 200amps

You can get ND (neutral density) filters to put on your camera lens, so you can film the weld puddles. They don’t cost too much either. Great stuff though, Thank you👍

Manual 1 & Manual 2 modes are high/low impedance, that control the rate of current rise. Use manual 1 mode for thinner repairs with thinner wires where it's important that heat is controlled and manual 2 for larger wires & anything substantial. I've had this welder for over 12 months now, I really can't fault it. Excellent Build quality and packs a real punch. I like the fact that in synergic automatic mode you have the option of letting the machine get you in the 'ball park' very quickly. For any sort of positional work I always default to manual mode so that you've got the ability to dial it in. I've done everything from auto repairs, to mobile structural jobs with this machine! It'll spray 0,8mm wire so can be used for mobile structural fabrication where that mode of transfer is permitted. I'd highly recommend this machine to anyone that's thinking of buying one!

@ToreDL87 Жыл бұрын
Yeah the "problem" is the professionals that buy Kemppi and Esab don't have a need or time to put up reviews on KZbin. Kemppi is based in Finland, if and when you DO find a English speaking review, they won't be showing much welding either. Tellwin's and all the other China stuff is what most hobbyists buy, a.k.a why we don't get to see professional welders used on car sheetmetal, etc.
