Wow! I stumbled upon this video and what a great idea and they may want more than one, but excellent very smart idea on Alliance part! Thanks for sharing! We are actively looking for a rig for Spring purchase to go fulltime and Alliance is definitely on the top two!

I just bought the hitch for my Ram 3500 with a Rhino liner also. I am going to Lowe's to get a dense rubber mat. I have seen this a couple of times now. Thanks

@ oh dang! That’s not bad! I meant it as overall height. We sat at 13-8 so had to lower pin box. Good luck with that, and congrats on the new truck!

@@stephendudka6192 so we never let it get far enough to possibly twist when we pulled with it. I threw a rubber mat we had with us underneath it and it’s been amazing for us. Without the Matt we have rhino liner down, but I didn’t want to risk it.

I bought a used 22 momentum and it came with an Anderson ultimate hitch with a bed shaft. How do I tell if it is a gen 3 or gen 2? The sku is 3220

@@dnathomps congrats on the new camper! As far as I know, the real only visual difference is that the Gen 3 is tagged with a “SAE” certification on the side with the Andersen Name on it. It’s also overall 6” smaller in its foot print, and 1” taller than the Gen 2. Those two parts you wouldn’t be able to see really without having a measurement of them both. The old one also has blue stickers compared to the white/red for the new one.

Is there a special ball you need that goes into the truck bed or does it come with one? I just have the B&w ball that comes with the b&w gooseneck kit.

@@lawdawg5823 so you can use a goose ball, it’s just fine. The setup is for a gooseball or their bed shaft. We just did the shaft because it’s built for it and a stronger bond between the two, apparently.

This is Kris. I was like a kid in a candy store. There’s so many things that you can play around with. The kids would probably LOVE IT. Plus the blue angels are housed there, so you can sometimes get meet and greets or see practices too!
