I just bought the hitch for my Ram 3500 with a Rhino liner also. I am going to Lowe's to get a dense rubber mat. I have seen this a couple of times now. Thanks

@@stephendudka6192 so we never let it get far enough to possibly twist when we pulled with it. I threw a rubber mat we had with us underneath it and it’s been amazing for us. Without the Matt we have rhino liner down, but I didn’t want to risk it.

I bought a used 22 momentum and it came with an Anderson ultimate hitch with a bed shaft. How do I tell if it is a gen 3 or gen 2? The sku is 3220

@@dnathomps congrats on the new camper! As far as I know, the real only visual difference is that the Gen 3 is tagged with a “SAE” certification on the side with the Andersen Name on it. It’s also overall 6” smaller in its foot print, and 1” taller than the Gen 2. Those two parts you wouldn’t be able to see really without having a measurement of them both. The old one also has blue stickers compared to the white/red for the new one.

@@lawdawg5823 so you can use a goose ball, it’s just fine. The setup is for a gooseball or their bed shaft. We just did the shaft because it’s built for it and a stronger bond between the two, apparently.
