$800 grand is pretty cheap given how much prices have gone up since this video. Yeah, it's not perfect but due to it being nestled in the hills and a bit of a pain to get to due to all the winding streets I've found that not many griefers are willing to follow me up there. It's a nice enough interior plus I've hosted a few pool parties with friends there in closed friend sessions. It's still my only home and I really love the Spanish influence/old Hollywood look. I like to imagine that it used to belong to some producer of an old Hollywood TV show or run of cheap B-movies who would have wild drug parties there attended by all sorts of sexy people.

New to GTA5 modding.. will this let you use MP clothing mods in SP? Are you even able to change your clothes on your MP character in Menyoo while in singleplayer? I think the SP version of GTA has far more detail and random events, etc than the MP version.. but the MP version has sooooo many more mod options it seems like. Help a brotha out!

This mod is a must have, unfortunately it doesn't work with 5real only with LA Revo. If someone knows a similar mod for 5real vehicles I would be much appreciated..

Looks too slidey. Tires are surprisingly better than this. Muscles cars have better brakes and handling nowadays, too.
