I knew of "flowerblight" before playing botw and was shocked that all these years of vitriole and hatred from so many fans is just bc she's an npc that gets mad at you for stepping on flowers as an obstacle in a shrine quest, one which can be beaten by using the paraglider from a nearby hill - people really told on themselves with that one, lmao
