It surprises me that they were coded to specifically cower in fear to phantom gannon, but not anything else. The amount of thought that goes into this game constantly surprises me!

I'm pretty sure they're never supposed to be near Phantom Ganon/Gloom Hands to begin with, so it's even crazier that they have a reaction

There are tons of secret reactions in both games. Some are definitely unintended. Impa will run out of her house if you bring a bokoblin, all while still sitting on her pillows!

Crazy how they made Gloom actually damage NPCs even though they should never touch it. You can KO anyone just by pushing them into the Gloom near a chasm!

Nah! That was on anime level. The way they had the epic boss fight with the Hinox just for Phantom Ganon to EASILY wipe them out, and take down our goron hero last. The way they just fell to the gloom. For the first time, Ganondorf's power in gameplay felt lore accurate. 👏 This video was a rare treat. Lynel next!!

So cool how you brought them all to the Hinox! How were you able to line them all up on the ship? I tried to take all the kids from the school on a field trip but it was hard to get them all on

I used the tail piece of the baby leviathan skeleton to push them into a line. No idea why but the leviathan bones are really good at pushing NPCs. It's now in my permanent list of favorite Autobuilds.

I had the same problem with the kids, they all ran from the bone in fear. For some reason the soldiers didn't run from it, they just stood there with worried looks. Maybe the kids are _more_ scared of moving objects because of their age? That would be a cool attention to detail!
