The species that are kept out of the incubator can be incubated around the temps we have in our room. Thus we keep them humid.

Hi Mike, i have followed this video (the drylok part) closely to build my own tank for my red eye tree frog. How many coats of drylok did you use? And how many coats of varnish? What do you do with all the little holes that appear throughout the drylok? Like the holes that go into the foam? And lastly, did your drylok peel at the edges where the silicone meets the glass? Thank you in advance! I love your work and ive watched this more times than id like to admit!!! Haha
@MikeTytula19 күн бұрын
@@Emberinthewyld thanks for watching the video! I can’t remember exactly how many layers I did, but around 4. I just did one coat of varnish but you could do two if you want. During the many layers of drylok application I just tried to fill the holes with more drylok. Ya the drylok doesn’t stick to the silicone very well. Feel free to message me on IG if you want to send some pics or are looking for suggestions.

Um, incorrect Mike, every tortoise is tied for cutest 😌 you've gotten a lot of harsh comments on this video, and you've been very kind in your replies. Choosing which sponsors to accept is difficult, and gauging audience reaction before accepting them is even more so. Am I a temu fan? No. But working with them doesn't mean you're a bad guy, especially when you did as much research as possible to choose products available elsewhere and that aren't scams. Content creation is a learning experience, just like everything else in life. All in all, I can't wait for the next reptile room tour, and happy new year to you and Bree!
