I've listened to this song for so many years and listening to it today as an adult I really feel like this song is about a guy who is gay but decides to have sex with a woman (or girl because they're young) for the first time due to peer pressure. What I think it's about is the boy was raped by another man when he was younger and now every relationship he has is broken already and the part with the girl is him trying to cope with sexual relationship in general and not taking it well because it wants more then that. But the girl used him for sex and as he tries to be OK with it he can't get past his memories. But that's just me. Great song and very strong.
