Hello, I feel we may need to produce another video with a closer shot of the paint being removed from the container. You can clearly see the black paint being removed at the start of the video. However you are right it doesn't highlight the paint coming off the container very well.

Thanks for the question. With the nozzle screwed directly into the ST330, everything should lock into place at 60bar. Any extension piece out of the swivel, adds weight/force, which then doesn't allow it to lock safely at 60bar.

Hello Mark, the ST160 should work with the Northstar pressure washer, and should be fitted to the outlet of the machine using the relevant QR system. Unfortunately the K1700 doesn't produce enough flow for these to work. The minimum flow reuired would be 2.3gpm/10lpm

The soap is injected by a RM Suttner ST160 chemical Injector attached between the hose and pressure washer outlet. The ST75 foam head enables low pressure which creates a vacuum/venturi effect which opens the chemical check valve inside the injector introducing chemical to the water stream. When changing from ST75 foam head to rinse lance the pressure is too great for the venturi effct to take place within the injector, this means you can rinse off with no chemical being mixed with the water. hope this helps.

@@markevanado9463 Hello, they are designed to work on commercial and industrial pressure washers over 10lpm and running at more than 80bar. They will also only work on pressure washers that dont already have an injector fitted internally.

Hello Mark, thanks for your question. The K-lock is fitted to the newer Karcher machines which come with easyforce threads. They are not M22 as per older models.

Good afternoon Thank you for your enquiry With the ST167 1.8mm version you ideally need the 2.1mm (13) nozzle in the ST75 Foam Lance Too small a nozzle will create too much back pressure which won’t drop the pressure enough to activate the valve in the injector. @@chrisracer2007 Foam may come through if the lever on the ST167 hasn't been touched. The ST167 is designed to allow full flow of clean water through it when the lever is put in the correct position, so even with the size 11 it should be ok.

@@GSPenrithLTDif I wanted the st-160 how could I make it work.... It doesn't have the bypass lever!! I would not like to choose a bigger orifice as the flow would exceed 26 liters per minute and the st-75 can't handle it which would mean that I would have to check out other solutions ($$$). To sum up should I risk it and go with the st-160 or play it safe with the st-167

Thanks for your question. The coloured collars are used more as a reference and help to distinguish between two different chemicals when using a twin chemical injector.

Hi Krystian, the nozzles need to be at an angle for the surface cleaner to be effective. This allows the swivel bar to rotate more quickly.
