RM Suttner ST75 using the Karcher K-Lock system.

Nice video very professional and well presented ! I still don’t see why more of the “car care” / “detailing” industry isn’t using this system over a foam bottle lance such as the ST 73 🤔. The st160 injector is low pressure isn’t it ? So has to be paired with the correct size orifice for the machines flow @ pressure to draw chemical ? So you wouldn’t have to go back to the machine to turn off chemical just swap to your high pressure rinse lance ?

Hello, thank you for your comment. Yes you are correct you can simply remove the ST75 foam head and easily attach your high pressure rinse lance and no chemical will be drawn. We have a chemical injector chart to help you select the correct chemical injector and foam lance for the flow and pressure of the machine you are using. Is the k-lock an m22 adapter?

Hello Mark, thanks for your question. The K-lock is fitted to the newer Karcher machines which come with easyforce threads. They are not M22 as per older models.

Does it work with k1700 cube?

Hello Mark, the ST160 should work with the Northstar pressure washer, and should be fitted to the outlet of the machine using the relevant QR system. Unfortunately the K1700 doesn't produce enough flow for these to work. The minimum flow reuired would be 2.3gpm/10lpm

How is the soap injected to make the foam?

The soap is injected by a RM Suttner ST160 chemical Injector attached between the hose and pressure washer outlet. The ST75 foam head enables low pressure which creates a vacuum/venturi effect which opens the chemical check valve inside the injector introducing chemical to the water stream. When changing from ST75 foam head to rinse lance the pressure is too great for the venturi effct to take place within the injector, this means you can rinse off with no chemical being mixed with the water. hope this helps.

@@markevanado9463 Hello, they are designed to work on commercial and industrial pressure washers over 10lpm and running at more than 80bar. They will also only work on pressure washers that dont already have an injector fitted internally.
