I had one. It wasn't as versatile as the Anaconda so I sold it. I wasn't into pure combat anyway.

I have a Mamba set up to be a Titan wrecker. It's the only ship I have engineered up to 500 m/s boost and I have strong shields. It's short on Ax hardpoints though.

A great little ship. I use it to do courier runs, only... I don't want to scratch the paint. Pure fun to fly.

Started with an Aurora starter package (cheapest!) .. upgraded to an Avenger Titan within 2 days. My go-to to get going again after any wipes. 🙂

Thanks for this video review, stunning shots here and there and interesting opinion about it, probably a pretty pragmatical one. I want this shit among the few ships, I would like to own (like 5-6), and I kinda prefer this one due to the higher speed. I don't know due to the big changes the game has had if the normal eagle doesn't allow to kit it with stuff that makes anyway speedy as the imperial potential. Anyway I am gonna find a way to get this: this game is fun when you create your or your team mate interesting quests to fulfill etc...

The Type 6 is the best exploring ship i will ever have. I'm a noob in ED because i started playing in October 2023. Since then i have 640+ hours playtime and i can assure you that roundabout 150+h are in the Type 6 now. My "Jumpin' Jack Flash" is painted in bright orange and i love it to go exploring and do exobiology. He is small enough to land practically everywhere, jumps about 53+ ly and with my new engineered thrusters (338/528m/s) i can easily outrun thargoids when i accidently step over them. I also made my first billion in exobiology with him a few days ago.

In my opinion the Titan would have been the best starter ship in the game if it wasn't for the flashing red light on the dashboard. Even if it was just another colour it wouldn't have been so annoying, but that continously flashing red triggers my OCD to such a degree I wouldn't even consider buying it. What were the devs thinking, or did they just run out of good ideas...

The Imperial Eagle will always stay in my fleet. I had the most difficult time when I started off in this game. I could not survive combat, I couldn’t complete any missions due to piracy or lack of combat capability. And I finally had enough and decided to buy the imperial eagle and the rest is history. This ship showed me it is possible to be get shit done hahah.

I got this game around the end of 2022 and was the person who although wanted to enjoy the game, found myself grinding materials for quick cash getting some millions and landed myself a few ships and a fully decked out python, but i noticed i didn't appreciate what i had gained so fast, ive recently started playing again and ive literally just gone back to the sidewinder and figuring the game out for myself, and realizing that the money isn't what makes it fun, or having the biggest ships etc, games can be many things, but I think I just want to have fun and discover it for myself this time around.
