HB Needs to fix their Projects... If I contact a brand, it automatically turns it into a project. Whereas, I just reached out to them. They need a separate place where we can talk like email without mixing this with existing client projects. Frustration

@@michaelfrymus hey! Not sure I’m fully understanding what you mean. But I will say, if you’re not already to join the HoneyBook community. It’s a good group and you can put in requests/suggestions. And if enough people vote on your suggestion they see those and sometimes I add to their list of things to improve or add. Hope that helps!

Thank you for doing this video about the systems to utilize! I feel lost in what to do for onboarding a client. And it feels a bit overwhelming. I know I need to have contracts, but I can’t find any resources that will help me figure out what I should make sure to do/not do in contracts.

Hello Thank you for this . I am based in London and I am looking or a side hustle . I have great administrative roles as I am an educator so admin is a daily task of mine. I wanted to ask 1) How do I find clients ? 2) Is this role like a PA role .3) If for example you were not sure of a specific email coming your way , you would have to liaise with your client right ? I know it sounds like a silly question but I am trying to gage something.

This is great, but for some reason my Honeybook doesn't have this option - it gives me "Send Email, Create Task, Send Smart File via Email or Move to Pipeline stage". Is this conditional option only available for certain plans?

@@nellyz.6753 hey! So the conditional logic automation is a newer feature. They should be rolling it out to all accounts shortly. Omg!! I needed this. I’m in HR now and was thinking of pivoting to Learning and development but I also don’t even like HR!! But I’m thinking that maybe I’ll become a VA and offer my HR expertise as an added package/upsell.
