How in the heck do you get better cabs… I’m still stuck on the limit of 240 and I’m in the swamp getting my ass kicked. Trying to build the launch pad but can’t find that one damn ingredient, polymer something or other … I’m not sure if that will progress me to better cabs???

In the future, please show the locations of things like the traders on the map. even watching, i have no idea where that trader is in relation to anything else you've done in this video. very frustrating.

Yeah, developers asked me a while ago not to directly show where all the new stuff was, to not spoil the fun and to just show it naturally in the videos. But I will have a new video coming out showing locations, now that it's been a bit since the latest update.

Just got this game the other day and its not too bad. Wish it was a little more polished 4 months after this video was made. Its not that easy of a game and alot of things to make some quality of life updates needs to be done for sure. I love the exploration and attacking. Add the creatures and fighting into No Mans Sky and that would be me perfect game

@@OZTRON 1 thing I would like to see if more loot and less powerful enemies. Got to lvl 6 or 8 and tried the tech tower quest and got whooped. Saw one video that showed how to do it better so will try that, it might even be your video that showed it.

Aluminum is mostly in the Swamp biome. It's all over the place, but you need to scan and dig it up.

I have gotten stuck on sulphur cake how do you get more? Is there any way you can do a quick 10 min or so video showing what creates what pieces of base tech? That way we can see what we are missing easier?

ocean trader blows, mount guns use them as propulsion.

it's the same as how you color the techs. in build mode, click skin and pick a color.

You can scrap the aftershock mounted rifle for gold wiring. Higher quality item scrap for better resources.

When you defeat the enemy bases in the desert you can steal the wind turbines and solar panels once you destroy the glowing fist

I got to the ocean trader, and my quest doesn't show up or go further. The only objectives I have is kill techs and I can't progress?

same here, I`m just not getting any objectives other than kill more techs, Ive reached the swamp by boat and also the desert by air and established basic bases on both.... but I cant build intermediate fabricators or anything other than basic stuff, What am i missing ?

@laptopfireman pretty sure i got around it by going to the desert and getting the s3 silos and scrapper. Scrap the silos, and have some aluminum, and it should unlock the crafting recipe and start the quest.

Red and White huh? Cool. Believe it or not, those are the main colors I use in my characters, vehicles, and decorating in games. Been my colors for decades. And occasionally a little silver, black, blue, or purple as an accent when I need a tertiary color to make everything come together. Though I usually use a slightly darker red, or even a mauve color. Funny enough though, the only place I didn't use it was in the creation of my Icon, when I made it. I figured there was enough of those colors in everything else I play, so why not switch it up, so I used mostly sunset colors for my icon's creation. lol. I approve. 😉😅

When you go into build mode, where you can select the base and choose a color. You can add colors to the blocks, or hold shift or ctrl to add it to the whole base at once.

The button mapping; someone posted on steam forum: "EDIT: it seems to be when pressing a mapable button (right,left shift,control) when the cross-hair targeter is moused on top of a weapon/tool on the tech. It will add it to the weapon/tool to the button and the fire it. ". From watching your video, seems that might be the case.

Thanks, yeah it sucks getting sick right before the holidays. The day my video audio messed up, actually. Just didn't have the energy to redo the whole video again. So took some time with the family and recovered. I'm all good now. 😁👍

Aluminum, is in the Swamp Biome but you will have to dig it up. There is also a small island around the swamp where it's sitting on the surface.

Do you have the scanner? It will tell you where they are. You should see tons with the scanner. If you do not see any, then you may be on an earlier save before the 6.03 update. If so, you will need to start a new save. The last couple of updates required a fresh restart of the game, unfortunately.

I don't usually check official news very carefully, so I always know about new elements of the Terra tech worlds from your videos.There are many elements that are not well understood without seeing the actual play videos, so it is very helpful that you are constantly checking and making videos of each new element as it is released!
