Soap you will get, shampoo i will suggest to keep pouches because sometimes bathing and hair wash are same 😅

Try to eat clean meals( no fried items ,maida,sugar,)and 1 hr of high intensity workout daily .It will help loosening your weight faster .I hope this helps as I am on the same journey like you😊
