very helpful! I have also played tennis for 20 years now and need to make adjustments. do you think playing tennis and padel can make your performance problematic in both sports, or do you think you can play both and perhaps even be complimentary one to the other performance-wise?

From the angle of the camera in this sequence it does look more like a Vibora …. to the untrained eye ! 😊 be good to understand the difference . Tks

As a Belgian, lovely to see you guys come over and glad you had a warm welcome! A lot of tennis clubs have been building padel courts here the last couple of years so you often see that contrast between tennis, still being moderately popular (mainly in summer of course), and padel where the courts are constantly fully booked even though there are so many courts everywhere nowadays. Very solid performance in the tournament from you guys as well, congrats!

Sometimes its checkmate, either they hit so hard over their own net, so then i have to run super early. But then he just fakes a loose ball beside me. Dunno what to do then.

This video lacks essential explanatory elements such as grip and racket angle with the ball, the follow through with the racket and the racket head speed which makes a 'bandeja' a 'vibora'. Not your choosing but the Padel community overdo it with all those names, compared to tennis. These shots both are forehand driven slice shots and the aim is to get the ball low, with spin in the court.

I was playing last night and something unusual happend. I served and the ball touched the top of the net and passes the other side. The first bounce was inside the diagonal box of the opponent(as it should) but the second bounce was outside the court(from the door, maybe because of the spin it got this weird trajectory). If I am not mistaken when the ball after a serve touches net and the ball touches the fence after the first bounce and before the second bounce, it is called fals serve. But what happens in my scenario that the ball just bounced outside?
