Great advice although I think the serve needs to be included here. Far too many players after a year or two are still just putting the ball in play & don’t use it to their advantage!

Hi guys, this is a great video everyone starting Padel should watch. One thing I'm teaching early on and I see so often in players who do not take lessons is the wrong grip. So many beginners are holding the racket like a frying pan. This definitely is something that is super important to correct early on to have a good technical foundation. Keep up your great work ❤

Good video! The only thing that comes to my mind to be added is switching the direction of the ball left/right between shots thus opening up the court for the opponents or making you and the partner work hard to change positions too often.

you missed a couple of mistakes 1- Not warming up properly before the game which causes many injuries 2-Lobbing low lobs which gives your opponent many options to finish the point 3-Playing with rackets chosen by its look not choosing the suitable one for the beginner level which can cause tennis elbow 4-NOT WEARING PADEL SHOES: This is very very very important i saw many players get injured because they play with running or high sole shoes which is really dangerous 5- Playing while one ball or more is on the court which they can step on it and really harm themselves 6- Playing while holding a ball which interrupts the correct preparation of the shot

yeah, so true. my friend stepped on the ball which was near the glass and his achilles was done. serious set back for a player

Hi guys, I usually love your work, and wrote it often, but this time I think you miss the most important point, dealing with mindset: "DO NOT BE AFRAID OF LOSING / DO NOT ALWAYS TRY TO WIN YOUR SOCIAL GAMES". Especially at beginner level, trying tp win brings you down to your best 2-3 shots, and just slows down your progression. It' can be much more instructive to sometimes fail, if 1)you try, 2)you observe and 3)you learn out of your (successes and) failures what's good, what's too risky, what's bad, what's just too skillful for you today etc. And also, you mentioned watching the pros, indeed I now watch male games for the superhuman show, but prefer to watch female games for padel. At least they maintain the illusion that such a gameplay is within reach ....... but then with blo0dy long arms !!!!!!!!!! 😂 Greetings from the french riviera

Guys, come on. It's not a tip just saying what we do wrong without telling us what we should be doing! Don't just tell us that there are core positions without showing us where they are. Don't just tell us that there are building blocks to moving to the net without giving us the blocks!!!
