It’s a preset on Phaseplant. Alternatively you can look up 90’s Rave House on Splice and find some amazing samples there

Splice has plenty of great samples to use. Gabba's song Plasma actually uses a Splice sample for the main chord stabs. Just search 90's Rave House <3

When saturating you're adding harmonics which can cause sub frequencies to return so to keep a clean mix, after saturating EQ out the low end again

So the only issue with that is that it uses samples that you might not own so I don't think I even can. It's easy to make one tho, just look up how to make an ableton template on YT <3
