Splice has plenty of great samples to use. Gabba's song Plasma actually uses a Splice sample for the main chord stabs. Just search 90's Rave House

The piano is a preset called 'House Piano' in the plugin Phaseplant

It’s a preset on Phaseplant. Alternatively you can look up 90’s Rave House on Splice and find some amazing samples there
