You have not moved a cake from that mold within 5-7 minutes if it coming out of the oven - you cannot hold a metal tin with your bare hand in that time - and there wasnt any steam at all coming from the cake thstbyou claim to have just taken out of the oven ... fake video

The chocolate that you’re dipping your cake pops in is too thick that’s why they’re falling off the sticks , you need to thin out your chocolate

Putting the silicone on or in a metal cake pan does not bake evenly. Skip that step. Just be careful when handling your raw batter. The silicone becomes flimsy.
