This was very helpful to listen to, thank you. I just came to the realization of what I experienced as trauma.

Thank you, Francesca! This was such a helpful podcast, and you are correct: often, important concepts we go over in school are not explained/differentiated as they should - especially if we are in school in the mental health sciences! Great job for showing up as a voice at such a young age and gaining access to experts - other young (and not so young, like me!) minds will be privileged to learn from you ;)

Wow! this was such an insightful talk! I'm truly inspired. I wish more and more people get inspired equally. I was bullied in school too, however I got to learn a lot and thanks to this video my healing journey has started. BTW I was locked in the bathroom too. Now I am a big fan of Tejaswini

Francesca, you’re an amazing interviewer! May I interest you in checking out the Logansoundsoff podcast? He’s 12 years old but you think he might have 40 years experience in interviewing. I had him on my show as well. He’s awesome! You should reach out and if you want, you could have him on your show. He knows everything about mental health believe me.

The "core" model is very interesting! I totally get the "c" type of person, that being me! Lol! Great info. I found Dr. Denim on " Tylle and JJ's silverlining and loved the "core" Part.

Hello Mam, Hope you are doing fantastic. I am not sure this is relatable to you. I have reviewed your channel “Inspiring My Generation” Your video content is amazing and I enjoyed it very much. Look, you have uploaded 170 videos and achieved 134 subscribers and your videos are not viewed and subscribed that much. The numbers should be more than they are now. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target viewers. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views. So you need to optimize your KZbin channels & do video SEO organically then your channel will rank & grow very fast and monetization of your channel will be on if you wish. For more details, I can arrange a Zoom meeting at your convenience. Are you interested in improving those issues?

What we often miss about the journey to our chosen destination is all the treasures we're able to collect along the way. The real value isn't the new house, new job or vehicle that we set before us as our intention. The real treasures are the knowledge, understanding and wisdom that we must dig deep down in order to find so we are sustained along the journey. Without them, we'll not arrive at our destination to receive that which we desire. Instead, we'll only receive shadows and nothing of substance. We'll feel hopeless, doubtful, uncertain, fearful, impatient, etc. The things of substance... the opposite of the shadows, are the true treasures that will allow us to obtain much more than we thought possible as we reach our set intention, and go beyond. Good video 👍

Beautiful conversation. It's necessary to have values and a source of strength that transcends your own being. When you're knocked down in life and your strength isn't within yourself to be knocked down with you but remains high above you, then it lifts you back up on your feet in those weak moments. You can look up to it and draw strength from it when you've reached your limit of what's you. It's a day when people have to have courage just to have a different opinion. It's kind of concerning where we're heading with such a twisted understanding of reason and freedom and justice. I'm in Canada, and it's the same nonsense here.

This was a great conversation! Communication and comprehension is key! It can be hard to put yourself or let someone know how you feel but not knowing is much worse! And naturally I think the right person comes to us eventually! But nobody is define by a relationship, You! define what & who you truly are! Love this!

Really a good interview of an interesting man. His idea that broken people can be healed just like a broken arm brightens my life.

Im shocked more people are not a thumbs up!!! I wonder, are they shamed to like these videos, because of stigma, if so that's not ok today!!! I'm fascinated, I saw a guy hit a young man in dairy queen, , he thought the kid wanted to fight him, me and my son were freaked out and inside me, I new it wasn't right to freak out this way, I need to know more to be honest, listening to Michelle really has helped me
