Greetings from Olympia, WA. Going to be exploring some jigging for muskies in January. This is something new for us. We use big spinners in Spring and Summer but hope to get some action in deeper water this Winter. We always enjoy your videos and look forward to seeing more.

How does IVO take the skin of the fillets? This looks great, but I think it would be best if each fillet was skinless.

Ivo- I love you videos! I’m thinking about trolling for lake trout this weekend. How fast do you troll for lake trout int he winter?
@theThinkerator8 күн бұрын
On the walleye I caught in Northern Mb, they had a couple thick/short bones near the tail usually these are not a concern, as you leave a bit of tail on the skin when you skin them, BUT if you take your cut way back, you can leave those in the tail, and unzippering them will just separate them, one in each piece. Ensure you leave a bit extra tail meat on skin, so you don't have these bones in your fillet

I always love your professionalism and fishing skills presented. But i was wondering if you bleed your fish. I bleed ALL mine to advance my fish flavor. You didnt bleed these bullhead. Been doing so for over 65 years. So im not a beginner. Removal of blood always helps with a clean flavor. Thank you Ivo. Youre great.
