From a homegrown buffalonian, who was raised near and on waters that Ivo tends to fish, that appears to be the Railroad Bridge that crosses the Niagara river just north of the peace bridge. From Unity island (known as Squaw island to us locals) to Fort Erie. Keep those lines wet!!!

Longer videos are better, fishing especially isn't suited to be shown in quick chops. Regarding the tip about line bow and hookset, I feel like the tradeoff I always face in those conditions or even in still water with a strong wind is that if I want my line to have less slack, the tension that I have to give it keeps my lures much closer to the surface and not the bottom where some of the fish species I target prefer to hang out, especially in rough winds. Maybe using a heavier lure can mitigate that, but using a lure too big would also deter some of the fish. Am I wrong and as long as I'm just taking away the slack my lure isn't moving much, or is there a better way to handle this?

It’s so hard to net a fish by yourself in that current it always ends up looking like a ch!t show.
