What drug? Prolozone? I've never been diagnosed since I had shingles in my left ear in late Sept. 2018. That led to Ramsey Hunt Syndrome. I still have some partial paralysis of left face. Deaf in left ear. (mostly) I've seen ent's and nuerologist and GP. I am in the Dominican Republic however and not able to see every kind of Dr. Has anyone actually been cured of the (what I refer to as) Dizziness? I've been trying to get a point where I can come back to the US for help, but don't even know where to start even if I could get there. I guess I just need to listen to more of these.

The disturbing sound was killing, the imbalance and dizziness was alarming and every other symptom was breath taking. The very time i finally found a remedy from Dr Madida on KZbin that reversed them all I count myself lucky and worthy to live. Without any hesitation I want you all to accept my sincere sympathies for your condition and I recommend Dr Madida Sam to you all, he helped me and can also help you all..

I'm suffering with chronic vestibular vertigo. I'm so depress. I have no balance. It's 24 7. Please help I had a VNG n they say it doesn't steam from ear. More likely brain. I'm going nuts cuz I can not walk due to how hard it is. This steams from being in coma over 7 months.

After a concussion and double vision i now know I had th🎉. Vision therapy helped the double vision which greatly improved my quality of life, but because i also had tri-focals implants this made it double hard to regain my VOR. And I miss it.

Great video...Ive been recovering for 4yrs....my takeaway is that after trying just about every exercise I could find, the excercise that affects you the most is the one you need to focus on (we tend to not want to do this one), once you progress and its easy, make it harder by adding complexity (single leg stands open to closed eyes, move to foam board) once you find it easy, move on to another exercise you find hard. For eg standing one leg look left look right, progress open eyes closed eyes onto foam, once its easy move on....mines a central issue, and it does take a long time, like a baby learning to walk.

Curious, I’ve recently been laid low by this condition, they found a brain tumour in 4th ventricle, but neurosurgeon seems to think my unilateral vestibular hypofunction and this are totally unrelated … What was the central cause of your vestibular issues? I feel like I’m going mad here talking to medical professionals

@maxtroy they wont be a lot of help...mine was tumor on cerrebellum, the treatment actually did the damage not the melanoma, vistibular issues, spacial issues, memory and cognition...the good news is the brain is amazing at rewiring itself, but takes effort and a lot of time...there is a lady on utube "treatdizzyness at home" who has lots of great excercises...treatment is pretty much symptom based.

Hi, I thought I posted a question before but can't find it. I've been to 3 PT, 2 were VPT and I have improved to the point I candrive and play golf. When I play golf and bend down to tee the ball my issues kick in. Also, I'm still dealing with the imbalance/dizziness issues. BUT only when moving my HEAD up and down in a "YES" motion. I can move EYES just up and down without any issues...??? Help

I understand how you feel I have bilateral total vestibular loss and it can be so depressing. I have had for 7 years now and I struggle every day. I lost the ability to drive now and was forced into an early retirement. The fact I am now disabled and just trying to accept a lot of things I can’t do any longer. I was put on depression and anxiety meds to help deal with this and maybe you could talk to your Dr to help with this?

I bashed my head on a kitchen wall door around 18 months ago, and it will not heal. I have a hole in my head, and I cover it was sterile plasters, but when I peel them off, there is blood and a clear liquid on them. I have since developed balance issues, and have fallen three or four times, so now I walk with a stick. Should I be concerned? Is it a Brain Injury? I have had my Mother Pass Away, in the last 12 months, and I have had to move out into an Apartment, I have literally put my life on hold, and have not got around to getting the hole in my head seen to. Can you help me?
