Love your content, but when talking about “the church” going to Haida Gwaii, I wish u would think again. I do not think of Catholicism as a church or religion. I think of them as a cult. They worship Mary, call men, Father. Jesus said don’t call anyone Father except God.

My personal and professional experiences in my relationships with Doctors of medicine have, on some occasions, left me disappointed. Some Doctors would do well to remember that they are "only" human, and that they are dealing with humans. The way that we put most Doctors on a pedestal, and the fact that some of them revel in that position, has often caused me disdain. Do Doctors deserve respect? Absolutely. But that's a two way street. That's my perspective. A 55-year-old male, retired EMT.

I want these renegade intellectuals to form a network and work collectively in their seperate fields. I read so many books about propoganda, politics, philosophy of power, social networks, psychology, sociology etc and they all are educating us to the same goal of social change, critical thinking, compassion but they work on in their seperate categories which makes it tough to connect the dots

Those articles he speaks of, kids are more and more medicated because parents are less and less raising their own kids. So WTH do they expect, naturally doctors who don’t raise the kids are going to impose drugs because it’s fkn easier when really it’s not especially for the kid, the kid who’s already getting a shite deal at home and now a shite deal in office no matter the type of office. And why the hell should any kid be locked behind 4 walls for 18 fkn years and not learn a fkn thing about self-sufficiency. It’s BECAUSE they aren’t empowered to take control over their own lives that they act up. They just don’t know that. They’re living nonessential lives and their brain fkn knows it they just can’t articulate it yet because their consciousness hasn’t comprehended it yet they’re simply taking useless fkn orders. Kids go to school ALL THAT TIME MERELY to work for someone else it’s fkn ridiculous. That they don’t build their own lives know absolutely fkn nothing about building their own lives they’re fkn slaves is A FKN COLONIAL CRIME. All just so some fkn institution can sit at the fkn top of their own fkn shite pile. Somebody has to say it.

Excellent truth exposed Thank you 💙 xx Now we know that there is scientific research to prove that trauma is a bio social experience doesn’t mean that mainstream medicine sees it that way They are still only looking at a physiological summation brought about by the simple sad explanation that you’re either getting older or your body just came this way or was predisposed to certain conditions due to your family’s bodies ie hereditary This disregards anything that happened unless it was a direct physical assault being broken bleeding or chronic disease It’s all just a machine to them and nothing you eat or drink seems to really make a difference either (hospital food) No fear or hope is having any real impact as far as they’re concerned But we know otherwise 👍 Trauma informed care helps loads 👍

Please listen to what he says. I don’t believe he is trying at all to dictate our life but help us understand why we are triggered by things happening in our life as adults. Things that as a child, we can’t understand. The key thing we can take from his brilliance, I believe, is a blessing from God. It is the message that we need to understand what happens to us as children and parents or people working with parents, can be the beginning of the change for the future generations. If this doesn’t hit you deep in your soul, that’s okay, please don’t discourage the impact it can have on others. He had many other ways to make money.

Please don’t let gabor dictate your life. He is as simple as you and I. He is as clueless as you and I. He has an opinion, that’s it. We all have our opinions. We have all had our WW2 experiences. He gets paid to speak, don’t ever forget that.
@angelarainbow12035 ай бұрын
How narrow your view of him is ! He is trying to wake us up from the doctrine of society that works for the machine As well as wanting us to refind our authentic selves and one we do we will be more autonomous instead of running with the crowd His findings are based on evidence and the denial of the medics who are also traumatised children. Not linking the mind and body And the poor culture our next generations are growing up in or rather not growing Youth obsession with how they look and fame and money Anxiety is everywhere too and highest suicide rates than ever in western culture

Maté's opinions are based on décades of research, scientific studies, expérience, observation, and analysis. I dont think hé is as clueless as you or me.
@fredrickolsen8385 ай бұрын
@@mickflynn1 well said, thank you. But he’s still not smarter than anyone else. I respect his academia, I just hate his arrogant preaching over the rest of us. He may be absolutely committed to his beliefs and that’s wonderful. His decades of research and studies are no different than anyone else’s decades of life experience, observations, etc. Just because he believes strongly in what he believes doesn’t necessarily make him right about anything. But I think we both agree, he is very interesting to listen to. You have my upmost respect for contributing to these types of conversations. I wish there were more people out there like you to challenge how people think. God bless.

Daktari, what can we do for Kenya to be the second ACEs aware nation? What is happening right now is what Dr Freud said that trauma takes cover in the mind and resurface in later years in quite ugly ways. These Gen Zs have really had it under an education system that abets and commend criminal caning of children right from ECDE centres . They've had nothing to lose whatever!! They burned schools seeking to be heard but this worsened and has been smoldering in the quiet of of helplessness. Consider a program for recovery to save the nation.
