Beautiful area for a walk !

We stayed at Portofino April 9-11, and we watched them putting up the scaffolding on the west wing. It sure is taking them a long time to do that short side. This is our favorite, but we are going to stay at Cabana Bay soon, as we love the 50's vibe.

Wow, I missed you by a few hours I guess! We were at Sals tonight, then stayed for the singers and had gelato!

Any thoughts when the west approach will be open for foot traffic?

We plan on staying there the first few days of November & we’re not sure is we should get a bay view room with the construction, but I’m hoping that a lot of the construction might be almost completed by then. Thank you for the updates.

We are arriving this weekend. Is the Beach Pool highly effected by construction as far as scenery and sound and theming once you are at the pool? Just hoping for a relaxing pool day but getting nervous.

Great update once again! You are doing an awesome job. I watch your updates while planning my itinerary. Do you prefer Mama Della's over BiCE for dinner? We will be staying at the resort our first day, and both restaurants sound amazing.

With the regular walkway still being closed which side of the property do you suggest would be best? West to still be close to the boats but still being covered and worked on or East to be closer to the other walkway which seems mostly done? It's our first time, coming in tomorrow and was trying to see if it would be beneficial to ask for east or west wing room. Also which pizza from sals do you recommend? Thank for all the updates!

Yay another update! .😮that Salzone really looked good! I’d get the meatball! lol. I’ve never got one so gad you showed it! I usually get pizza or sandwich. Looks like getting to beach and villa pool is still tricky. Arriving this Thursday at Sapphire, then following week at Portofino! Can’t wait. Can you tell me why when shopping at Publix or other groceries you can’t buy Florida oranges? 🍊 I find this so strange!

Great content as always. There have been variations of the Ringling Brothers posters there within Sting Alley over the years since opening era of the park. The same posters get replastered/painted on perodicaly. Looks like it got a lot of TLC. Thanks again for the content. We are here just now. Staying club level with a lovely room overlooking the villa pool. 8 days into our 18 day stay ( a family trip travelling from Scotland) and loving very day. Our fifth stay and the construction has not disturbed our enjoyment. Love your videos, been keeping up with them for the past two months. To those who are concerned don’t be. Have to admit the change between old and new is a sight to behold. A beautiful resort.
