I have been banging my head against the wall, tried all different suggestions over the internet without any result. Thanks a TON: now my QC35 II are connected again.

If above mentioned method not worked for u, than try my solution: First go to Services from Windows Start menu by Typing Services, than Second find Bluetooth Support Services and make it into Manual if it is in Automatic mode, than stop the Service after setting it into Stop mode go to Log and than click This Account insert(by typing) Username: Local Service press Apply thereafter one message will pop Click OK than again Click Ok. Restart or Start Bluetooth support service again. Check ur Bluetooth Devices. All missing devices which were earlier missing will be again set to be found as determined, hope it resolved ur problem or issue and never again touch/disturb Bluetooth Support Services. It helped me a bit now my handy can find my computer sound boxes, but it cant find the computer itself (Using usb 5.0 bluetooth stick), i would like to connect my computer with my tv with a bluetooth stick but my tv can find only my boxes now? can someone help

Worked for me. Thanks. Just FYI for anyone else, there's other videos that have you go to the actual folder that holds iconcache.db file and manually delete it THEN you turn off explorer.exe, run new task, then run explorer.exe... ...that method got a lot of likes so I assume it worked for a lot of people, but it didn't work for me. I tried this method that has you turn off explorer FIRST, also doing it through command and not manually, and THIS video's method worked for me. *So even though it looks like the same thing/method it may be just different enough to run the correct command to work on your rig, if this doesn't work try the other method and similarities aside it might just work for you.*
