Being covered by the great act of love Jesus did for us is the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is given by Repenting and then offering yourself back up to God, so you can recieve the Holy Spirit. It is a tangible experience. Then once we have the Holy Spirit, we need to cooperate.. as St. Paul says, "Work out your salvation." God is a Fire. If we do not have the Holy Spirit, we cannot stand in God's presence, and since the Day of the Lord is the consumation of all things, God will be all in all. Either you will be in the fire of God or you will be in the Divine Love and Light of God. It is that simple.-------Romans 12:1, which says, "Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God-this is your true and proper worship.".

“..but your role is to ask.” Yes! And I must say, _after_ receiving the Holy Spirit, I feel at peace in my mind. And I know He is teaching me this, as it is said about ‘grace’ in Titus 2, it _teaches_ us to deny _all_ ungodliness, to live soberly, and in righteousness. I believe this ‘teaching’, is a lifetime.

God put His Commandments inside the mind and heart /conscience (spirit) and no longer will you have to say to one another or a neighbor "know the Lord" for "ALL will know Me" both great and small. All humans know God's 10 commandments. Atheist knows God's will. If you do, think or say, to others the way your conscience wants them to do, think or say to you (the one you love most) then you will be in 100% obedience to all God's will in His commandments. Dear brothers and sisters. Please pray for me. For about 15 years I have been struggling with debilitating sickness that's made my life unberable. I am in my mid 30 and would love to still have streingth to serve my Savior and Lord. By the stripes of Jesus Christ I have been healed. I fight a running battle with depression. But I am confused on this matter of spiritual warfare as I have often heard it said that we can't have demons because we are temples of the Holy Spirit and He wouldn't dwell alongside demons P.s. I have been filled with the Holy Spirit and know the gifts of the Holy spirit eg. tongues)

The Gospel summed up... 1. We have all sinned and fallen short of God's glory... • 1 sin disqualifies us from heaven • 1 sin separates us from God • 1 sin is enough to send us to Helll 2. God came down to earth, in human form (Jesus)... • To live the perfect life for us (from His birth, up until His death & resurrection), perfectly upholding all of God's law and having a perfect record, without a trace of sin (something we could never do) • To suffer for us, leading up to the cross and on the cross • To die for us 3. He did this... • to take the FULL punishment and sentence, for all of ours sins (a punishment and sentence, that we deserve and not Him) • Because His loves us and does not want any of us, to die in our sins, end up in hell and be eternally separated from Him 4. This means, if we... • Truly believe and follow Jesus • Confess our sins to God and ask for His forgiveness • Repent and turn away from, what God considers sinful and evil • Forgive others of their sins (as God forgives us of our sins) 5. Quite the opposite, @diveguy4291. If you suspect you are the kind of person He would cast away, then you are almost certainly not. In fact, strictly speaking, your statement shows a humble, contrite heart; a heart that knows its limitations and its faults; we can already hear the repentance in your words. Your contrite heart is beautiful; and to the heart of God and to the love of Christ, it is more dear and delightful than any amount of righteousness. Righteousness may mark a journey home; but a contrite heart is the very beginning of a deep desire to return home. And I suspect that is more precious to God than a lifetime of "good" living. To God, that is the beginning of a reconciliation. The beginning of a remaking of a relationship with God. In your sorrow I hear restitution. God wants you back! In your words I sense I can hear God calling you home. Tender surrender marks your way. May God bless you. ❤️
