According the review of it in obscure underground north american 90s zine edition 6 called A View into the Abyss "This is a release of their demo available by NECROPOLIS RDCORDS. The only bad thing about this is the extremely fake drum programming. They play a viking style black metal from the land of Norway, kind of a ENSLAVED style.Contains 4 tracks of Nordic metal, songs are 'Syndens Makt, Saga Morket, Amokand Fimbullvinter. They now have a full length also available."

Quite underappreciated, to be honest. It has that disinct soundscape that makes it very unsettling, very easy to get inside your head. Also, the melodies are ugly to the core. I've listened to a lot of infernal death metal materials, but this just hits differently - a definite classic!
