my hands has a shape that it's hard finding gloves that fits. i have overall thin hand, pianist thin long fingers the distance from the base in between index and the heart finger to the tip of heart finger is 10 centimeters. and the palm reaches almost 25 centimeters. every glove in the market feels like duck palmate. for now i have a pepper spray.

Fantastic advice, I also recommend members of my family carry a bright flashlight. If something gets dodgy, a bright light can be a fantastic defense and can be carried anywhere.

Of course it's a lie to say you can't condition your bones. Ask any orthopedic surgeon who has operated on weightlifters. Their bones are up to three times as dense as an average person's bones due to the stress they are subjected to over a long period of time. Those surgeons have stated that they go through several bone saws just to cut one of the larger bones in the body of such individuals. Repeated impacts like Iron Palm training (done correctly and with use of a proper jow) will achieve similar changes in bone density increase. Anyone who says you can't increase bone density through specialized training is simply making things up.

You can within limits, its not always a good thing latter in life though.

The shins a really easy way to observe bone conditioning. Hitting a hard bag is easier with my right leg then with my left that's not very conditioned. Aside from seeing muay Thai fighters split baseball bats and metal poles you can observe it your own body lol
@MyrabbitizCrona18 күн бұрын
I'll be doing this but hanging it by a rope like in one of your older videos. Less stress on my back lol have you noticed a difference in your claw strength or anything with this training?

Great video I just found your channel and subscribed. Thank you for pointing out what I have told people for over 40 years. The speed Nunchakus are primarily for show not self-defense, they are short in length and lightweight. I am not as skilled as you are with Nunchakus but when friends or family see mine in the garage, they ask me if I know how to use them and when I say yes, they of course ask me to show them. I have 5 pairs, but I use one of these 2 to show them: Cocobolo 14-inch 7 link chain or my Black poisonwood 16 inch, with 5.5-inch paracord and while I use them fluidly and quick enough (while holding them like you do at the end) the speed is not what they had hoped for lol. In 40 years, I have used them only twice in real life, both times to stop a vicious dog attacking a small dog.

I have a question about leaving the mash in an also about adding different formulas together. Is it beneficial? Are you able to mix formulas like you did in the video? Like is i okay to do so?

People say ignorant shit, especially on KZbin. You can condition any body tissue which is capable of regenerating. I also like how these armchair experts think they know more than centuries of actual martial arts training experience. Anyway, really good to see you back at it here. *edit* Oh shit- you mentioned the rebar massacre! I showed that to some guys at work and they were speechless.

Chuck Liddell's trainer John Hackleman swears by it and is a big advocate for hand conditioning. He says he has gotten a scan done on the bones in his hands and they grow thicker or more dense.

try decades not a few years LOL or a couple of months. Many Actors and martial artists are humans like the rest of us. Bruce was a great martial artist but human too. Expanding the mind and drug use was par for the course in the 60's and 70's. name someone famous from that era that didn't do drugs or OD. you'd be hard pressed to find completely clean people that are inspirational. completely clean people tend to be conformists, not artists and creative innovators. RIP Bruce Lee. Yip Man was an opium addict and the legend of the drunken master makes his life even more legendary. BTW cortical and anabolic steroids ARE completely different and do not do the same thing in the body. Cortical reduce inflammation anabolic increase growth. he clearly was not on body building "Roids" losing weight until he died. his back medication was cortisol. learn some more about drugs before spreading misinformation. NO he hasn't become the bad guy he has become the victim of the Hollywood lifestyle like many actors and musicians who find fame and money.
