Lynch the Witch is my love. I collected most of the lore (about 85%), and despite that was confident that she is alive. Lynch the witch just cannot die. She must return. She must judge them all by the Lynch's law. The Sculptor still have to be found and killed. Did Crytech mentioned her in 2023 events lore? What is the status of Lynch now? Was she a guest character from Bloodborne? Thank you for your video, sir!

The events aren't the problem. It's all the hackers that have found their way into the game lately. Once the devs concentrate on that problem,maybe I'll play again.

I think they went too far off track with trying to pander to a new audience. They had a pretty loyal base (me included) but i just feel they are trying way too hard and that made me feel like they strayed away from the core aspect of the game.

The skins are doing my head in. Some of the Pay to win skins are absolutely invisible.

Simple way to save it now it's on console is getting rid of crossplay, since it coming to game pass is the only reason it's revived. Pc beta males that resort to cheating when it comes to online competition will kill the game.

I've been asking for a customizable create a hunter since like 2020 😂. Glad you made a vid about it!

I am always talking to friends about Hunt and its future, it's really hard thing to do, keep a game alive that requires players as it's multiplayer online, and generate income. The problem with Events is, they bring waaaaay to many new weapons/skins, I remember having 2-3 skins per weapon, this will end up with 10 skins for each weapon, unused weapons, meta shifts, bla bla. But I get why they do it, and I couldn't think of a way to generate income without flooding the pool of weapons/skins.

I've been saying for YEARS that hunter customization would be an easy and great way to monetize Hunt and would allow for smaller rewards for things like challenges and events. Even as something as simple as changing clothing would add so much to this game. My favourite hunters have always been the Tier 2/3 hunters and it's rare that I like any of the legendary over any good Tier 3 hunter with a cloak. I doubt Crytek will do this as it'd undercut the new Hunter veterancy system along with their current Legendary hunters already costing an exorbitant amount but I really wish they just put in the effort to just work on customization.

I have 1,800 hours and I bought the battle pass on launch thinking I could overlook the Post Malone and Ghost Face stuff. I scrolled through the battle pass, and uninstalled shortly after. I wish it didn't come to this. I would rather the game die out with a true identity.

Dude, I was not expecting to see Rainbow Six Siege become mentioned. I laughed when I saw it and slightly hurt a bit because I use to love Rainbow, but then they started implementing unnecessary details that no one cares about and just stopped listening to the community. I truly hope Hunt doesn't go down that road.

Ya know...as much as I would like the idea of a customized hunter, I honestly don't think it would work. It would just serve as another opportunity for Crytek to make blood bounds more scarce, than what they already are. Do you know how much blood bounds I would find in one week of playing, that doesn't include the battle pass, I've found on average of 20, maybe less. An average of 20 blood bounds in 28-35 hours of playing. That ain't a lot, I think they should fix the game economy first before implementing a customized hunter option.

I just started playing on Gamepass. I love it! It’s definitely a game I want to get better at. I hope I joined in the Hunt at its point where it just gets better.

I gave up. It's fucking stupid now. They refuse to do something properly about the Ui and they put these childish skins in the game, breaking immersion and lore. I'm out.

He should have presented the circus as an npc.... instead they make him not one but two permanent hunters... atleast I can skip the second one (yes I am stopping playing before maxing battle pass, fuck malone, fuck a PM charm, they dropped the ball for me with this) i love the idea of personalized hunter. Hunt Showdown is the only game that makes me want (and i do say WANT) to get blood bonds for skins. These new events have been amazing where this is the only game i actually spend extra money on it. Shoot, i have actually bought this game for two other ppl just so they can always have it in their library. All because of my favorite thing, History, Weaponry, Dark Atmosphere, And Cowboys. All we need is a roaming poison boss that is a horse which kicks you and charges at you.

I don't really care for custom Hunters you don't see your character in game I did buy skins just because I got coins when I bought the actual game and I thought they would have had better dlc than just skins I wish the game had different game modes and more options for example if I play solo I have no choice to play against 2 online players and there's a bunch of different team's so it's pretty hard having solo players would be better as an option i think they should add an option if you want 2 Bounty's in your game or only 1 some people likes having 2 in the game

I think they need to scale back and do smaller events that are a couple weeks long with more variations of stuff like this event theres a shortage of long ammo so you can use anything long for example

Nah chief, adding more and more cosmetics (So just more microtransactions) is not gonna save the game. You stop playing because you get bored of the gameplay, not because you stopped liking hunter skins cmon be real.

Hunt Showdown is dying if you cannot see it yet, you will soon in the next two seasons unless they make some drastic changes or maybe .. go back to please the ACTUAL player base instead of what Mr. COD Dev is trying to do to Hunt and that is bleed it out and make it die. without any intention for it, but he is doing that imo. We'll see i guess the next 3 - 6 months i'mkinda done with the Game , Delta Force giving me more pleasure playing then Hunt i've been playing sins Beta times anyway wso i might just be burned out or maybe am nostalgic towards older versions of the game, but any case, we'll see )

Very new player here, but I like your first point, my main online game is actually darktide, and one thing fatshark does that I think would work to that point, is have seperated cosmetic options, for head, torso and legs. One of the things I immediately loved as a new player was the concept of the hunter's look evolving as they get more experienced. I'd definitely be more willing to purchase DLC's if they could evolve the way the free hunters do.

I feel like y’all who’ve been with this game for years all have this conception that the game lost its identity but, I can honestly say, as a relatively new player, it absolutely still has that attractive grim gothic style. There’s nothing like it out there.

They fucked up 2.0 big time, custome hunters wont bring the game back. Making it work properly would help the most bit even then they fucked 2.0 releasing it in a garbage state. Also they should cut the production of the next crycis game because nobody guves a shit about it. Hunt is the only ip they have thats worth anything

As good of an idea as this is, do you think they'll really add more customization after making a majority of weapon skins practically copy paste? We don't even get unique guns any more, crytek aint getting no more of my money 😔

Im not a developer. But, I can already here the question of how this would work with existing skins and stuff purchased. Pretty easy on the surface but would take a bit of time and effort into the coding of this new UI. Though, itd give their new UI team something to call their own and not just them fixing the mess of the CoD devs copy paste job. The way skins work in the game now: your skeleton is a head, body, and limbs with the same height width and over all size as every other hunter. The skin is layered over the rigging as whole texture packets that move with the existing rigging. To make the existing skins options in such a menu they will simply though arduously cut the core componets of each character off neatly and seperate them into neat texture packets that then need to be coded to the parts of the body. The art team would need to fill in the gaps cutting clothing suchs as hats from a head. All hair would need to become a fully created texture separated from hats and decisions would need to be made on pant length where they cut the boots out etc. Its not a small undertaking but their art department could do it given the time and effort. The core problem we would see with this is color palleting. Old headsman being a great example of an entirely invisible character in dark spaces. Mixing and matching a character to your liking of the darkest skin with the darkest mask on the darkest clothes would need to be eliminated, intenttionally brightened etc. This specific thing would need to be addressed for not just one skin but an entire set of assets that if too many of them are applied to a skin it would have to deny being able to play it at the very least. Which would upset many as with anything done in Hunt already.... This is a wonderful suggestion and I would love to see Crytek do this and with so many assets and styles that they have and could add. We could possibly start recognizing Hunters in matches and thatd be reall fucking cool. They could even keep the existing hunter selection screen with all the pre-made options and still sell whole characters with back story and all with their bits and bobs as additional cosmetic additives. They could also keep the more complex ones as whole hunters like devils advocate outfit as an entire single piece. Me personally I'd also want to make Lynch or something that would fit in her cult of witches sort of theme. Put the headsmans mask on the torso of the burnt Marshall with the bloody left arm of the penitent.

You aren’t going to get a customizable hunter because people wouldnt buy skins. Long over due? Because it isn’t coming. They chose the path they wanted to go a long time ago, and that is skins. As much as people hate it, players buy them. Why go through the trouble and headache of customizing a hunter, when they can just pump out skins and get a quick payday? That’s the hard truth
