Where do you actually get the long tail that bolts onto the engine
@mackieb69893 күн бұрын
I tried it on the chainsaw and the Velcro would not hold it in place. It would vibrate off after a while..

Hello, first off, thank you for a great video👌🏻 I am running your system with a small NOCO lithium 500a battery that has been working great at starting the engine as well as running the electric clutch on the pto, but these lithium batteries are at 13.5 volts static charge. I’m wondering if there is a regulator that would allow for a higher charging voltage for this kind of battery? Nelson
@azlongtales10 күн бұрын
Might need a different rectifier specifically for lithium batteries like how dirt bike do.
@mitchnelsonperformance10 күн бұрын
possibly 🤔 I’ve also seen a lifin charging coil used in a video but no final results were shown. Honda has a 4 magnet flywheel as I understand as well.

Nice setup. what is typically the best bait for flat head?
@azlongtales2 ай бұрын
@AdventureTeamOverland live bait or fresh cut bait of legal species in your area. These fish are predators not bottom feeders
@whodidwhat322 ай бұрын
High low rig is even easier & does the same thing. keeps bait raised off the bottom a little bit.
@maranathamark2 ай бұрын
Been using a similar rig to that for the last 55 years. We typically put the swivel on the loop for the hook and we never tie a knot on the loop, we just run the loop through the eye of the swivel, and then put the swivel back through the loop end. The Hook can then be taken off the rig for safe transport! Your rig is fine, but looks like a LOT of extra work to get the same thing we use. Most of the time it's the hook that snags/gets hung up and with the swivel on the end of the loop, you lose the hook and not the lead sinker, rather than the whole rig.
@azlongtales2 ай бұрын
I'm sure many variations of this rig have been used and repurposed
@ReaperBuff2V2 ай бұрын
that's pretty neat but what do you do in the case of snaggs does the swivel just snap or the hook or the sinker and is the swivel the weakest point of the rig or is it the knots just wondering if you had to deal with that and how you handles those
@azlongtales2 ай бұрын
@ReaperBuff2V the sinker is just a double over hand know it's the weakest link in the chain. It will snap first

Very cool, I'll be trying this soon. But seems like this is best for braided line, not for Mono...? I feel like the knot that creates the "drop shot - 3 way" would be a weak point on Mono... one way to find out I guess.

Bolts through back got the weight set so It does good in the water but my question is, is it okay to leave the motor on when I don’t use it on the trailer ? Do you guys ? The farmers or someone else may have tired to blow it up sometime before 1993 flood, but I and uncle was looking at the dam from the road tresel Bridge directly across as a debet in the water line showing .mas amont of water pouring over top with me pointng at it when the dam blew , we ran from from the spot ,seeing part of concrete dam being pushed our way by the burst of water. I can never imagine a flood bigger since 1993, the flood covered the road west of bridge, we had to take a dirt road to get to west side of dam.
