I feel like "Feeling" is the deepest one for me. If I try and percieve that realm, it feels like there's just so much weird ѕhіt in front of me which keeps one constricted, something inside one that makes the person want to crunch or shrivel up like a crooked contorted thing, a dying bug, a dying plant. It is this stuff that keeps you stuck in coping/addictive habits, a desperate attempt to smother and obfuscate the senses and conciousness with some lining of pleasure so as to cover up the that horrible stuff, whatever it is, much like the more common sound-specific term of drowning out the sound of that horrible stuff. All so that you no longer percieve it so strongly, and you percieve something nice in it's way, and thus are able to deem it worthwhile to walk forward for another day. If I really look beyond myself it just looks like a wall of so much weird energetic shit, just stuff and more stuff and more stuff in the way trapping you extending as far as I can see, all of it made of all of the hellish web of interwoven terrified ideas I've got suppressed in the back of my mind. Some pieces of mental matter which hold the thoughts which say that I could land up any number of unimaginably terrible places. And that I better weep, or worse just freak out and go crazy. That it might even be no use trying, and that there may ultimately be a point where there is no hope and only agony with nothing to save you. It sort of feels insurmountable with how much shit there is. I somehow feel that this may be how nearly everyone feels if they really let themselves see it. If you were to take any person away from all distractions, maybe ask them to sit alone in a cave for a day, but I haven't asked anyone. I think a decent technique I came up with is to put as much of whatever shit you can see in front of you as you can into a divine glass jar, and ask Devi that she give you the grace to let that jar never break or leak any of the toxic mental or karmic contents you put in it, just let it bounce around or sit or do whatever in that jar, but let that jar be beside me somewhere and let me be free of the burden of having all that shit in front of me rather than off to the side in a safe and impenetrable container by Her grace.
