Hi Roelf, in another video's comments section you mention that you used a 10 string Jazzmaster in this song; however, I can't find record of a 10 or 12 string Jazzmaster made by Fender in the 60s. I know they did make the Fender XII which I do see in a photo in this video, but there's also another guitar that does look like a Jazzmaster with 10 tuning pegs -is that the Jazzmaster in question? Was that a modified guitar? Possibly a 6 string jazz master modified to have extra tuning pegs? Anyway, great song! I appreciate any insight you can offer!

I have a MGS64, and I love the piano, drum and wind sounds. You can tell Roland really put some effort in to get make all the sounds as realistic as possible. Way better than any other sound module I've used.

First 2 are just fine. The worst are the last 3.

I like the SC-55's e piano the best because it's the same samples from the likes of the U-110/220 and it has a nice sparkly bell-like tone. I think the M-GS64 is based on the SC-88/88vl.

Good Morning. I'm here to ask for help with my Behringer Virtualizer Pro dsp2024p Effects Processor. I recently bought this processor from a friend who only used it for two months and then never used it again. I have a mixer from Behringer xenyx Q802USB. I connected a mono TRS jack cable to the table at the output that says FX SEND to the processor on one of the TRS jack inputs that says INPUTS. Then I plugged a stereo TRS jack cable into the processor's OUPUTS output on the table at the two mono inputs that says STEREO AUX RETURN L and R. It was with this cable: www.amazon.es/gp/product/B003OSX8ZO/ref= ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00? ie = UTF8 & psc = 1 I still managed to experience some effects for 30 minutes. Signal that the processor and the table worked. I used a micro and the voice was heard according to the effect it used. But after that I was never able to get the effects of the processor back to the table. I did several tests I changed cables and nothing, I made sure that the button the midi in was on, anyway, I tried everything and I can't get the effects to the table. Is it a configuration problem? Are these the EXACT SAME effects in the Eurorack UB2222 FX Effects unit? - it says virtualizer effects on the back of the mixing board. Please let me know. I am only looking for the EXACT same sounds. Thanks.

This is indeed an impressive comparison but what seems notable is how the bass part is input. There seems to be some purposeful damping in the bass part instead of just letting the string ring.

The tails on reverbs are a little too metallic. Oh, well, it's an affordable versatile machine, so...

The MGS64 sounds a lot like SC-88.

Is this better than the old Kurzweil PX expanders from the 80's? Should I throw them out, or do they still have some value?
