What are you doing in the low RPM range anyway? 2,500 - 6,500 is the happy place. Stiffer 'bushings' not 'ball joints' . With navigation, it is as modern as anything. Regardless of horsepower numbers, it only a second slower than the E46 M3 and way less maintenance headaches. None of mine use any oil or coolant and one has 268,000 miles. Fix yours and cut the B.S. M54 is BMW's best motor. Change your oil every six months. Do all your maintenance. Check your fluids weekly. Don't curb your wheels, etc.

better to just connect a small hose to your inside ac cabin vents to suck REAL cold air into your engine air intake into the air filter box. For a TRUE COLD air intake system...atleast if your AC works and you have your ac on. just have to have a electronic cut off if you have the heat on in the vehicle.

Bro straight after I seen this video of your K&n air intake system I purchased it for my 2013 Ford focus titanium that I already have installed fswerks racing headers that I modified with a Catalytic converter and a resonator delete with a sportier rear muffler with a toughened RS rear engine mount and a diagnostic custom stage 1 tuning and I can't wait to see and hear what it is going to sound like and feel like with this K&n cold air intake cause the front of your focus sounds mean af and mine is going to be wicked bro with all the mods I've got.

Update. I bought one! Found a 2018 KIA Cadenza in 2022 with low miles. A great car! Luxury interior. Lots of pep from the V-6! HUGE backseat with plenty of leg room. Glad they stopped making this in 2020 as this body style will be timeless.

I stripped the back seats out, this next, the difference I felt from that was crazy. More like a go cart now lol

The standard K&N air filter (non-cold air filter) are great on manual vehicles due to adding a small amount fuel milage….its not meant to add more horse power! I do have a 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco 6 speed and I did gain 4 miles per gal on the fuel economy which is what I was looking for! Just remember….any tine you use new products on your vehicle, always research the product line and the type of vehicle its going into before making a purchase! This will save you time and money and keep you on the road longer.

Cold Air Intakes are good...if you retune your engine/ecu after instaling it. Otherwise it is a wate of money. It makes your car louder on the intake side and that is all. It is called a cold air intake if you install another cold air intake box for that so called cold air intake filter.

Generic cold air intakes do the same. So spend less and get some added benefits. Remember that K&N is a trademark name. Who ever sells this product must pay a royalty just to carry that name. Then they have to pay interest on the consignment order. Get a generic cold air intake. It does the same thing

I think you meant short air ram. True Cold air intake gains on the high end. While short air ram gains on the low. Agreed, that short ram with weather stripping semi enclosures or no enclosure risks hot air engine bay seepage. I recommend short air ram with full enclosure or excellent seals.

Pretty much all K&N products are better in theory than in practice. There is a reason virtually all car makers use dry element air filters.

A k&n air filter isn’t worth it. It’s a tiny difference in performance vs a high quality filter like a wixxp and it doesn’t filter the air.

I have a 2019 SE Nightshade from the factory. I had the factory trailer hitch installed. Love the custom interior with the red stitching and the other included bling. They can bury me in this vehicle. The best I've ever had. I've had a Lexus LS400, but the Highlander is more universal.

The only thing K&N that goes in my hood is a high-performance K&N filter with stock intake. It's a lot cheaper, and you do get some power increase going that route as well

At around 11:00, you mentioned how there is space when you put the seats down. I went to check out a FiST, and when I put the seats down, I put dj speakers and a lighting rig in the back. There was plenty of space for my full dj rig (foldable table, dj controller, accessory bags). Spacious for cargo when you need it to be.
