Steaming bean sprout is wrong. Just blanc in boiling water just a while. Oyster sauce stir fried & pour add fried garlic on top and green onion and a dash of white pepper. Blanc vegetables too can. Green vegetables leaf stir fried in garlic mince & oyster sauce is way tastier. I never steam vegetables except egg plant & ladies finger. Buy Khind DB600. You can steam everything using electricity instead of gas. Steam function auto setting. 1. White Porridge (2 hours) packet individual servings (freezer), take out & add meat, seasoning & spinach, fried garlic, abalone sauce, dash white pepper, chopped green onion. 2. Rice (50 mins). 3. Chinese Herbal Chicken Soup (whole carcass/whole leg) (2.5 hours), steam egg pudding (fried garlic & oil-1tbsp + 2 tsp light soy sauce)(15 mins), sweet corns & sweet potatoes (cut dice) 20-30 mins, and many2 more......

看起来健康,但是太寒凉了。紫菜昆布海菜都是寒凉的,午饭竟然一点姜蒜都没有加,还喝寒凉的绿茶。看看自己舌苔是不是白湿。怪不得日本人胃癌发病率如此高。 吃这么多属性寒凉的食物一定要多加姜蒜啊。当然最好不要每天都吃这么多属性寒凉的食物。

真正的味噌是不適合黴菌生長的環境,所以不會發黴。但是假的味噌會發黴。我們店裡的味噌不會發黴。不過,為了防止發酵過度,如果您想放在冰箱裡保存也是可以的。

Hello I am from England, enjoyed your video. Try best to sorce chemicals free cleaning products , has difficulty finding scallop, mussel powder here in England. I have stopped using chemicals in my house and plants. Hope you can help me to purchase scallop & mussel powder. Aim to live healthy and try not to destroy our ecosystems which is vital for our well-being.

太好的方法了 我對炒炸的味道很受不了 幾乎無法在家自己煮 所以大多外食 後來發現可以用大同電鍋蒸一些東西 所以也有想過乾脆以後都在家吃蒸食 雖然也很想吃炸的 但家人反對氣炸鍋
