Hi. When you say tofu cheese, do you mean regular tofu or tofu that has a cheesy flavour. It's very confusing as I've never heard of tofu cheese

Yum! Love tofu as I have a family history of Cancer so need the cancer-fighting phytoestrogen in soy products but i'll need to replace the gelatine as I need to avoid the high concentrations of Lead and pesticides in bone by-products. Thanks for posting

@mswerkmeister8 ай бұрын
Hope this doesn't come off as jerkish, but how else would you grind it down. Sort of feels like without a grinder, blender, or processor, you can't make it. You can't chop it or grind it down otherwise

are you freakin serious? why the heck is everything in grams for starters then you don't give the oven temp for cooking the crustand then you add regular Tofu but don't tell how much, then you add sugar but don't say how much and the video is just plain hard to follow. I'm sorry but you should'nt be putting recipies on here uless you get a lot better at it!
@colibri453645611 ай бұрын
Hahaha, just pay attention you goof. Use simple logic when it comes to oven temperature. She also said how much tofu was in there and then said "any amount of sugar" because it's up to you. You can literally taste it while cooking if you want it sweet, just add some more. Her recipe is very nice and easy to follow, just don't be so dumb.
@Trainfeastfast7 ай бұрын
Are you freakin serious? 😂 grams are a more accurate measure.
@confusedwhale3 ай бұрын
You didn't really pay attention. She said 400 grams of tofu and 175°C. Maybe you need hearing aids and a therapist.

@Didi-m9b21 күн бұрын
@@manuelalmendarez2232 the things is that we are trying so many recipes that fail because discrepancies between the video and the written recipe, i wonder now how much sweetener to add, for example, we just want to put the time and the result to be accurate, how many times we did recipes that were a scam from YT? me- many times, so I can understand the frustration of waste of time and money, how hard is to give the correct info? it is not a nuclear bomb we are baking here, yes?:)
