If I am not mistaken, I have dined here. I also felt it's below par. However, this video is great dor the narrtaive of your friend, he appears to be a real foodie and connoisseur of Hyderabadi cuisine. His narration and commentary on Haleem and it's variants, the spices and servings are so very authentic. His comments about the biryani and gosht is also extremely informative and authentic. This video is loaded with information on Hyderabadi cuisine. Kudos...

@@TravellingdoctorPrithvi nothing so profound Dada 😊😊 Halim is an extremely fine dish, requires a lot of attention and finesse to produce. It's usually cooked overnite (like Paaya) or suringvthe day in Ramadan, great for breaking the fast. The shorba that your friend mentioned is vital in this regard because it helps in getting the right consistency, which tends to thicken after an hour or so it is kept. This one looked more like peanut butter type consistency than an ideal Halim. The birinj (deep fried fine onion chips) served with the Halim becomes soft and adds to nuisance value only in this case whereas it's a great addition when the consistency is more fluid. But, once more, I must appreciate the deep and extremely fine thoughts and observations from your friend. 🙏🏽🙏🏽
