Best song I’ve heard in the past 30 years! My ex-girlfriend just lost her 31 year old daughter to cancer that ravaged her body in less than 10 days. Her baby is 7 months old. From now on when I hear this song I will think of her, her baby and her mother and hope they all reunite someday! Can’t believe how beautiful and meaningful this song is and trust me, I’ve never said that about any song before!

What does it mean?
@yankmywank2 жыл бұрын
@@airtonlcd3058 It personally resonates with me because I identify as non-binary.. sometimes I feel like I've been placed in a gendered body that is perceived and pressured to act, dress, etc. a certain way. Every interaction I have is someone's idea of me. A force impression. Like they have an expectation. And the radical truth that I don't fit in with their understanding of gender, makes me feel like they got skin and they put me in...

@@airtonlcd3058 but the actual lyric is "skin" not "scared"..

@yankmywank Even if it's not for the same reason as you, I feel a similar feeling. Because sometimes I feel like I'm watching myself as a different character from the outside while I make mistakes over and over again. It's like watching a movie I'm acting in. Even if you shout to yourself from the outside, no matter how wrong you are. does not hear

No one gets it but this song explaines the importance of build. It is sad but is also happy and explaines the goodness of rebuilding which is why the song is called Reckoner. you can build your own thoughts to it but this song is here for a great purpose. Album 7 from the yr 2007 what a weird way to look at the time stamp of this song.
