lol..I do the same always count the fish we catch. About the pan fried fish,over here in Ca is a limited of 25 per person. Back then there was no limit, was starting like 15 years ago. Bluegill and crappie are combined.

@@sakhomfishingadventures2584 Try this recipe when frying pan fish: Sauzon seasoning (Coriandor and Annato) paprika, turmeric, old bay seasoning, it is a 1:1 mix in bowl, sprinkle on the fish, then coat in rice flour, and fry to crisp. I had friends from Laos that I fried up the crappie with and it blew them away. The color and taste, you end up eating the bones and all. I got half the recipe from a Cuban friend and the other from an white friend then mix the two. For the grill recipe: Cavenders Greek Seaoning, lemon juice and olive oil, before the fish is about to get done, brush it on, that is how we eat our grill fish.

Thanks for the recipe. Maybe I will try it for myself one day,but husband like it simple way just with a touch of salt then fry to eat with his spicy crack sauce or papaya salad 😂 old school way,never changed.

Thank you 🙏 about the catfish bait, I used variety, baits like shrimp,beef,beef liver,crawfish and Mackerel. In Marin County is very strict so we can’t use minnows,bluegill,bullheads and mud sucker. So please be very careful cause if you get caught using live or filtered bluegill it’s a fat ticket.

I used waxworms for bluegill about the crappie idk cause my husband can’t stay late so we never fished for crappie.

This dish is very light and healthy cause it has lots of vegetables, herbs with little of meat for protein.

Thank you 🙏 this white meat carp has very less bones. The meat is white,soft,tender, and very tasty delicious 😋 there’s so bones,but it’s long so you can pull it out easily. Gives it a try one day and guarantee you will like it.

I used crawfish,shrimp,beef liver,and thin slices beef for catfish, and oatmeal with corn and jello for carp. About the bait it should hit at different lake or reservoir too,I don’t see why not cause that’s the bait I been using it.

@xpreholding-9984 😂 it’s ticks everywhere lol.. except the spot I’m at is a big clear open field not too much green grass around so not too many ticks. I always spray the ticks spray around my areas.
