Thank you @eoscarz for mentioning both Southwark Cathedral, one of the three cathedrals in this area of London -the other two being St George's and St Mary's-, and the Old Operating Theatre Museum, a small but unusual and truly interesting surgical museum. Anyone interested in the history of surgery and medicine should definitely visit it, provided you have a strong stomach and are ready to discover the horrors of medicine from before the time of science!

Thank you for your comment Denise. This is a good opportunity for us to answer a question we are asked quite regularly. The difference lies in the apartment layout. A studio has one main multipurpose room/space where you can find the kitchen and the sleeping area in the very same room/space. However, a one-bedroom apartment has a separate bedroom. This is why this furnished apartment is listed as a one-bedroom. We hope this helps anyone reading this and not sure of the difference yet. Thanks again for commenting :)

Thank you for your comment Marion! It is a nice apartment indeed, and it is true you have to be fit enough to use the elevated bed. Still, there are two folding beds for anyone who prefers to sleep at a more usual height :) Also, it is nicely located in a typical Harlem brownstone building.

Thank you for your question Gg41r. Indeed, it is a two bedroom apartment to share. There is one bedroom available for a roommate (the other bedroom is not available - privately used by the owner).
