This fully furnished two bedroom loft apartment is located in Tribeca, in a trendy neighborhood that has become a Manhattan, New York hotspot. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a prewar building with elevators and in unit laundry.
In addition to two complete bedrooms, this loft sports an extra sleeping alcove with a single size bed. This converted loft features hardwood floors, high ceilings and large windows. Exposed pipes and eclectic furnishings add charm to this 1500 square foot (140 square meters) space. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens into the living room, where a dining table for six is located. For entertainment at home the living room has a television with cable. This apartment has the convenience of a laundry washer and dryer in the larger bathroom.
Please note that one bedroom will not be available. The second and third bedrooms are connected, but have a door between them to ensure privacy. Both furnished with a double sized bed, shelving, and a window to bring in light.
The sleeping alcove opens via French doors from the living room, and has a single size bed and small lofted area that is accessible by a ladder. This area has a desk and shelving for storage.
