Because your base framerate is so high, i recommend you take a look at lossless scaling, it can do pretty good frame generation when the framerate is stable and above 80, it will help you get closer to your monitors refresh rate.

All that rain and the track looks bone dry the game looks crap on HD you should have uploaded it in 4k.

I realise that it's early access, but it doesn't even look that great, so that performance in terms of visual 'bang for your buck' is absolutely horrendous. Dropping down to 80ish FPS on a 5080 with DLSS4 enabled is really concerning, especially for VR players. I honestly don't see how they are going to make such a substantial improvement for it to run well for most people.

I'm really interested how it runs in VR on a 5080. If it can do stable 72 fps around 5-6K resolution medium settings, I might consider an upgrade, but based on my current performance it seems a 5090 is needed for that:(

Thanks for sharing. rtx50 series looks great and let's hope that DLSS4 will be featured on most of the games on the market, it's a great improvement then let's remember that Displayport 2.1 come with it, rtx40 series was limited to DP 1.4 wich is the main reason that I kept my 2070super.

Just need them to allow dlss on triple screens now. And hopefully get dlss 4 natively.

As I mentioned before in the other video. Go into the race options and select One Make to off. So all the cars are different. Depending on the car you choose, the fps will vary. And that’s because if you choose a GT3 car, the AI will repeat cars because there isn’t much GT3 cars. But if you choose a road car, there will be more different cars and the fps will drop a lot.

How much better is the 5080 vs say the 4090? or they are at the same level?

If you really want to test the card, you have to put the worst case scenario. Go to the race options, and turn the One Make option to off. So all the cars are different. And also, add rain. Those 2 things will tank your fps.
