Ive been searching for reviews demonstrating how to use the grounding point on the power station, how do you use it and what connections or cable fo you use?

If folks are researching which top "name brand" power station to purchase, whatever you do...stay FAR from any Jackery! It's an inferior product with only a 3 year warranty and as soon as that 3 yrs is up, it'll fail and their support will only give you a "trade-in discount voucher" and most of their stuff is all proprietary too...lousy product, lousy service and not user-friendly when trying to use 3rd party stuff. Bluetti seems the way to go!

Why this slim version on usb c 2 output is only 30W, and with the "non slim" version both usb c ports on single port charging gives the fill 65W? Design flaw or something?, seems that is the case for the 100W also, usb c 1 gives 100W, and usb c 2, only gives 30W

Good day. After fully charging my battery, the voltage drops to 13V in 2 days, and to 12.90V in 5 days. But when the battery is connected to 200W for 1 minute, the voltage is 13.39V and it stays like that all day? Is this normal or not a battery problem.

Interesting video. I have a 1000W inverter from the same company. It looks a bit older than your model. I use solar panels to charge a battery which powers the inverter. The inverter fan comes on at about 40W of consumption and it is loud! When its battery voltage is low, as the battery discharges, the beeping is way too loud and unnecessary. It has been reliable but you can't use it inside as it will wake you up just to tell you its voltage is low. Even the power-on beep is super loud!

Mine cuts off at around 150-200W output. Also, the power went from 100% to 75% in about three minutes using 100W output. I unfortunately didn’t discover this until it was too late to return it. Absolute trash.

From the documentation it seems like the C2 and type A port are on a shared powerrail which is why it shares the 45w

You are better off using a 24V, or 36V, or a 48V battery and connecting to the DC port used for your solar panels that has the XT60 plug. With the 48V battery it will charge at 4 times the speed that the 12V battery offers and you do not need an inverter minimizing efficiency losses.

Do you have a recommendation for a 50ah that is lightweight and reputable? I’ll be using it to run a recirculating sluice with a 12a 3000 gph bilge pump. Lightweight is key without dropping to a 20ah

I’m a bit late, but they work similar to a UPS, can set a charge limit to protect battery and it’ll do ac pass through when plugged in. The switchover time isn’t as fast as a standalone ups though, so if there’s any electronics involved they might reboot depending on what they are

Does it reset power when you plug in a 2nd device? Why do all reviews skip over this basic problem? Everyone just regurgitates the manual..
@DeNick33
@DeNick33 4 күн бұрын
Hi not sure if this is still relevent to you but this is just how hand shakes are done. Any usb c charger that lets you charge multiple items will have this issue as the charger has to preform a "handshake" which is when it asks each device how much power can you take
@ninjashrimpy
@ninjashrimpy 2 күн бұрын
@@DeNick33 most do, but some do not have this problem. I have an aukey usb charger that does not renegotiate power when you plug in a 2nd/3rd device. I also have a zmi powerbank that does not renegotiate power. it is just easier for these manufacturers to do it this way which is why it is so common. it makes a big difference when you have devices plugged in that require constant power like a raspberry pi.
@DeNick33
@DeNick33 2 күн бұрын
@@ninjashrimpy does that power bank do smart switch or dynamic power delivery. Usb c 1 reportedly does 100w max and usb c 2 does 45w max. My assumption is without looking at it is the charger either has dedicated channels for every port or maybe 120W single port output gives it enough room it doesn’t need to renegotiate. If you are still need to find one you might be able to try use a powerbank as UPS for your raspberry pi or just in any case you might not need. I’m going to read up on why a power bank might not renegotiate
@ninjashrimpy
@ninjashrimpy 2 күн бұрын
Yes, I am using the powerbank as a UPS at the moment and it is working great, it is a ZMI no.20. Not sure how it works technically. I'm just in the market for more compact chargers that don't renegotiate and it's hard to find a small one that works that way.
