You can but it's really no point, the pressure coming out of your house will likely be stronger than what the pump provides. This is designed for you to have a still water source and sort of emergency okay-ish pressure, Just to get the job done and nothing else.

Pressure is too weak for washing car. Maybe good enough for watering/spraying flowerbeds
