Only thing that's restored is the frame and rear suspension and even that's been modified. Everything else is late model stuff. Not 1962. There's hardly anything left of original vehicle.

What an intense and impressive repair! Watching a Mercedes V8 engine break down from overheating and then getting expertly repaired by a skilled mechanic is both nerve-wracking and fascinating. It’s amazing to see how the mechanic identifies the root cause of the problem and fixes it with precision. This restoration is a reminder of the importance of regular maintenance and attention to detail in preventing major engine issues. It’s also a testament to the expertise and experience required to repair such a complex and powerful engine. Truly a masterclass in automotive repair! 👏🚗💨

So... What exactly is being restored here folks? You really think we don't know you started with one truck and ended with another totally different one despite the video title saying "water tank restoration"... Ok, so assuming the truck is the same or simply doesn't matter because of the tittle, where's the water tank? I don't see how your channel is gonna grow if you keep using click bait tactics like this.
@cptrush367110 күн бұрын
well to a normal person you would have seen the cab was beyond repair. so that explains the new cab. the rest of the truck was restored, frame, tires, etc. as for the water tank who knows if it was repairable or not. i dont consider this click bait. they restored what they could. when you can do better with the limited resources then you have the right to complain.

Guys, of course you can cope with a minimum of tools. Which you have at your disposal. Do not put iron in dust. Install on wooden blocks. Do not scratch the mating surfaces of heads and others.

I've put together 3 stage separators, knockouts, and heater treaters on a concrete floor in modern day U.S. shops. Had a roller guy who rolled squares and triangles, we beat 'em round with wedges, screw dogs, and sledge hammers. Man, the good 'ol days of actual work. 😬 His name is Dylan, one of my best friends in the world...he couldn't roll a shell round to save his life.

I would laugh at 0:33 to 0:38 but a CERTIFIED welder near here cut his support beam inside a water tower they were building and fell 100', same year a worker erecting a cell phone tower cut the wrong support and fell over 200'. Safety isn't always about shiny new hard hats and steel toed boots.

The difference between these guys and their western counterparts is that these guys have a can-do attitude and can fix almost anything, because they have no choic3 Where as in the west we now have a replace not repair culture

Well just saying if there was ever an apocalypse, these are the guys you want on your team. Is it up to western standards of rebuild... No. But when the horse manure hits the fan, they can get stuff running again with minimal tools and equipment and also a lack of safety gear.
@javeedsultan8484Ай бұрын
What do you mean buy them safety gear They are wearing the mandatory safety equipment as laid out in many Asain workshop, open toe slippers/sandels and polyester baggy trousers and shirts The use of safety glasses, ear protection and breathing apparatus are optional, .

The first driver omitted the safety belt. By the way, what is the spider in the left of the bumper good for? Is that a CB antenna? Truckers often have CB radios on board.
